Mingle With Our Mutts is a great way to meet many of the animals we have for adoption. You can come and see them in action, learn about their personalities and put in an application for the pet that you choose. It also affords you the opportunity to speak with the foster parent and learn about how the dog behaves in a home environment. Please come visit us every 1st and 3rd Sunday from 12-2 pm at the Franklin County Animal Shelter. Click here for directions.
First Annual Walk -n- Wag 5k Walk for A Life:
First Annual “Walk -n- Wag 5k” Join Us with Your Four Legged Pal and help us save more lives! Saturday May 10th 9am Cherry Valley Bike Path (across from Don’s Furniture in Granville) $20 gets you (and your pooch) signed up for the walk. All registered walkers will get their official walk t-shirt and an ice cold bottle of water. Upon registration walkers will receive their sign up sheets for their walk sponsors. All sponsor donations are tax deductible. Sponsor receipts available upon request. Stop the Suffering is a 501c3 not for profit organization that saves the lives of Licking County animals on death row. Won’t you join us in raising awareness for these animals and help us raise money to save them. All walkers and their dogs are encouraged to get sponsors for the walk to help us raise money to save lives. Corporate Sponsors receive a spot on the back of our t-shirt and an ad on our highly trafficked website - free for one year. Sponsorships are available from $100 to $1000. Join a winning cause and help us raise awareness while putting a friendly face on your business in the community. Step up and play with the Big Dogs! You may go home a winner! The buy in is $50. There will be ONE $50 re-buy and ONE $50 add-on through the first 5 sets of blinds only. Re-buy tickets may only be used when a player is completely out of chips. Blinds change every 20 minutes and there is NO table rake. One spot will be paid for every 10 players. With 250 players the first 10 payouts will be as follows: One spot will be paid for every 10 players. With 250 players we will pay out to 25th place The payouts are as follows*: 1st Place $5000
2nd Place $3000 ALL Tournament Players MUST RSVP to guarantee their seat.

Players need to RSVP TO KELLY (or complete the form below). Please RSVP for yourself as well as your guests. Players should arrive at least 15 minutes early as the first the 30 RSVP'd players to arrive will get a seat. Player check in beings at 5:30.
